Cancellation Policy

SUGARHOLIC BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY By booking an appointment with Sugarholic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies. BOOKING DEPOSITS • A non-refundable booking deposit is required for all online appointments and is applied toward your service total. • Sugarholic reserves the right to require a booking deposit for appointments booked by phone, text, or in person. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. • Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. • If no booking deposit is on file, the applicable fee will be charged to the card on file. • If payment cannot be processed, online booking privileges may be restricted until the balance has been paid in full. BOOKING CHANGES • All bookings, cancellations, and reschedules should be completed through our online booking system whenever possible. • Please do not contact Kadence directly regarding appointment scheduling, cancellations, reschedules, or waitlist requests. This includes text messages, phone calls, emails, social media messages, and personal messaging. • If you need assistance with an appointment or have a situation that cannot be handled through the online booking system, please contact Kelsey directly by text or email. We are happy to help whenever possible. LATE ARRIVALS • Please notify us if you are running late. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day. HAIR LENGTH • Hair should generally be about the length of a grain of rice for effective sugaring. • If hair is too short to safely or effectively perform the service, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and applicable fees may apply. ILLNESS • If you are feeling ill, please contact us before your appointment to discuss rescheduling. Last-minute illness cancellations remain subject to the cancellation policy.
