When you book at Sugarholic, you’re agreeing to our studio policies—including our cancellation and no-show policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-call or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and may result in booking restrictions. Your card on file may be charged in accordance with these terms. Unpaid fees will result in a ban from future bookings until the balance is cleared.
