When you book at Sugarholic, you’re agreeing to our studio policies — including our cancellation and no-show policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. No-call or no-show appointments will be charged 100%. Your card on file may be charged accordingly. Unpaid fees must be cleared before rebooking. While we understand that life happens, we are no longer able to make exceptions for any reason (illness, emergencies, etc.).
