By booking with Sugarholic, you are agreeing to our studio policies, including our cancellation and no-show policy. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to schedule all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. Each deposit may be transferred to up to two rescheduled appointments when changes are made with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file. If the charge is declined, booking privileges will be restricted until the balance is paid in full.
